INTERNATIONAL PATIENTS

You will need to be in Johannesburg for a minimum of 2 weeks (10 working days).

Our multidisciplinary team of specialists will charge a fixed diagnostic fee of  US$4775. This includes all and any diagnostic tests, including blood tests, x-rays, electromyography, scans, other specialized diagnostic tests that may be found necessary, consultations, and examinations necessary to make a positive and Complete Diagnosis™ , as well as any non-surgical treatment that may be required.

Should the Complete Diagnosis™ indicate that surgery is necessary, the fee for surgery is US$9770. This includes theatre fees, theatre drugs, surgeon's and anaesthetist's fees, and any other costs associated with the surgical procedure. All amounts are to be deposited before treatment will commence.

We do not accept medical aid or medical insurance of any kind.  If you have medical insurance you would pay us and claim the amount back from them. We do not accept "guarantees of payment" from medical insurance companies.

The Headache Clinic’s fees do NOT include any accommodation, food, travel, or board and lodging. We suggest you make use of some of the free time you will have between appointments to enjoy the natural beauty that South Africa has to offer. We can recommend an approved tour operator to suit your budget should you wish. Please note that we do not make any commissions on, nor provide any discounts to tour operators, hotels, lodges, etc what so ever.
