What is NOT included in the Complete Diagnosis^TM?

ü      Brain scans and blood tests are not included because they are exceedingly expensive and almost never necessary. Your Neurologist, Dr Manny Orelowitz will decide whether you need a brain scan or not. If he says you don’t need one THEN YOU DON’T NEED ONE.

ü      Treatment is NOT included in the cost of diagnosis. We can only provide a quotation for Non-Drug treatment once we have accurately diagnosed the cause of your pain.

How does payment for Complete Diagnosis^TM work?

ü      The fee for Complete Diagnosis^TM must be paid to us directly and claimed back from your medical aid if you have one

ü      You can pay in cash, with a credit card, a debit card, or with a bank guaranteed cheque.

What about Medical Aid?

ü      Once we have made a Complete Diagnosis^TM our accounts department will telephone your medical aid and find out exactly what your medical will pay so that YOU can make INFORMED treatment decisions going forward.
